Payment Options
We provide secure payment options through Shopify, allowing you to pay with credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers.
Payment Terms:
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid at least one month before the seminar begins.
Currency
Payments will be processed in USD. Exchange rates may vary depending on your payment method.
Late Payment Penalties
Please ensure the full payment is made on time. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified date may result in a forfeiture of your spot.
Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the seminar will receive a partial refund of the deposit.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure or by the organizers, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
